Tech Session - 5:00 pm (optional) -GPC-36 – Discussion and Debate of Proposed ASHRAE High Performance Sequences of Operation for HVAC Systems - Jeff Boldt
Dinner - 6:00 pm
Main Presentation - 7:00 pm -Changing ASHRAE Standards - Jeff Boldt
Tech Session Presentation Highlights:
GPC-36 will be out for a public review in the near future. This presentation discusses this upcoming review.
Guideline 36 was created by ASHRAE’s Technical Committee 1.4, Control Theory and Application to maintain and publish best-of-class control sequences that meet or exceed the requirements of published ASHRAE standards such as 90.1, 62.1 and 55. These sequences are intended for use with fully programmable DDC BAS systems controlling variable speed/capacity equipment.
Main Presentation Highlights:
This presentation discusses recent updates in the following standards:
- 90.1 - Energy
- 189.1 - Green Buildings
- 188 - Legionella
- 170 - Healthcare Ventilation
- GPC 36 - High Performance HVAC Control Sequences
SPC-215- Leakage of Operating Duct Systems - Dennis Stanke
