Technical Session - 5 pm (optional) - Applied DDC Analytics

Dinner - 6:15 pm

Main Presentation - 7:00 pm - Industry Trends in HVAC Controls Systems

Technical Session Highlights:

Eric Carlson will discuss DDC Analytics, using software and trending data to analyze and squeeze the most efficiency out of your building. By collecting and analyzing data within the building DDC system, preventative maintenance can be focused where it is needed most and hidden energy consumption can be decreased. Engineers, designers, and building owners will be most interested in attending.

Main Presentation Highlights:

Developments in the HVAC industry are occurring rapidly, and controls are part of the continuous improvement. New technologies such as Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) systems and new takes on old equipment such as prepackaged controls systems on rooftops and heating equipment are shaking up the controls scene. Eric will discuss recent trends in the industry and how engineers, designers, contractors, and owners can keep ahead of the changes in both equipment and software.
