Dear Madison ASHRAE Member/Supporter:
The 49th Madison ASHRAE Golf Outing will be a day of great socialization and just plain fun. There will be golf, lunch, dinner(pending), door prizes, raffle and flag events.
We will have our outing again at the Stoughton Country Club on Monday, August 10, 2021. Golf carts and lunch will be provided for all players. A buffet-style dinner will follow with multiple selections to choose from.
Hole sponsorships are $200.00 each; however, we encourage you to be a beverage sponsor by donating another $50.00. Sponsors will be recognized at the banquet. Also, donations for door prizes are welcome and appreciated. Revenue from this day of golf and camaraderie will be donated to the Education/Scholarship and Research Promotion Funds. Note that, this year, any corporate donation to ASHRAE Research of $500 or more will receive a free hole sponsorship, while a corporate or individual donation of $250 or more will qualify as a drink sponsor. We thank you for your donation and your continued support in making this a very successful outing every year.
